Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Meridian Suite (Outreach OS, Content OS, and related products) at meridiansuite.ai. By using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
We provide a multi-tenant platform that connects to your social, email, CRM, and AI provider accounts to draft, schedule, publish, triage, and analyze content and outreach. Features depend on the plan you purchase and the integrations you authorize.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 and authorized to bind your organization.
- You are responsible for credentials, access, and content posted via your account.
- You must keep connected-service credentials current; expired tokens will be re-prompted via OAuth.
3. Acceptable use
- No spam, harassment, illegal content, or content that violates a connected platform’s rules.
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or rate-limit evasion.
- No attempts to bypass tenant isolation, RLS, or audit logging.
- No automated mass account creation.
4. AI features
AI-assisted features call third-party model providers using the provider you select. Output may be inaccurate or biased. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing.
5. Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance per the order form or pricing page. Usage-based fees (LLM/cost rollups, BYOK fallbacks) are billed in arrears. We may suspend service for past-due accounts.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days’ notice. We may suspend immediately for security threats or abuse. On termination we will retain content per the privacy policy retention window.
7. Warranties and liability
The service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified to your registered email at least 14 days in advance.
